If an attendee is unable to attend a class someone else from the company attend in their place. If this is not an option a course credit will be issued which can be utilized towards any future qualifying workshops offered at any other location. The credit is valid for 12 months from date of original registration. Course refunds are only applicable if the course is cancelled 18 days prior to the scheduled class. A registration cancellation fee of 5% shall be deducted from the refund.
