In the event the original registrant cannot attend, registration may be transferred to another member of the company. If this is not an option, a course credit will be issued towards a future qualifying workshop. Credits are valid for 12 months from date of original registration. Course refunds must be requested via email at least 18 days prior to scheduled event, otherwise a credit will be given. A cancellation fee of $50 per registrant will be charged for any refunds prior to the 18 day cancellation. Should a registrant be a "no show" to the course no credit will be given to that registration. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are required to cancel a training event, then customer shall receive a full refund of the course payment unless customer opts to choose a new date. Students are responsible for transportation costs (flight cancellation insurance if flying to a course) and lodging. Breaks and lunches are included for the courses.
